Subscription Terms

1. What Vaulty Pro includes

Vaulty Pro is an optional, auto-renewing subscription that unlocks: iCloud sync, automatic encrypted iCloud Drive backups, Home & Lock Screen widgets, the Apple Watch app, the hidden vault, and alternate app icons. The free version of Vaulty remains fully functional without a subscription.

2. Pricing and plans

• Monthly: $1.99 / month, billed every month.
• Yearly: $9.99 / year, billed every twelve months.
• Free trial: new subscribers may be offered a 7-day free trial. If offered, you are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then at no cost.

Prices are shown in the App Store in your local currency and may vary by region and over time. The exact price and billing period are always displayed on the purchase screen before you confirm.

3. Billing and auto-renewal

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

4. Managing and cancelling

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions, or through the App Store. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro features until the end of the period you already paid for. We cannot cancel a subscription on your behalf — Apple controls the billing relationship.

5. If your subscription lapses

Your data is never held hostage. If Pro ends, all of your accounts and codes remain fully accessible. Only the Pro conveniences pause: iCloud sync stops (local data is kept), automatic backups pause (existing snapshots remain restorable), widgets and the watch app show a placeholder, and any alternate app icon reverts to the default.

6. Apple's Standard EULA

Unless we have provided a custom end-user license agreement, your use of Vaulty and the Vaulty Pro subscription is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.

Subscription purchases are handled by Apple. See our Refund Policy for how refunds work and how to request one.
