Refund Policy
All Vaulty purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds are therefore handled through Apple, and here's exactly how.
1. Who processes payments
Every purchase in Vaulty — the Vaulty Pro subscription and any optional tips — is sold and processed by Apple through the App Store. Incy, LLC does not process payments, does not store your payment details, and cannot issue refunds directly. This is standard for all iOS apps.
2. How to request a refund
Because Apple is the merchant of record, refund requests are made to Apple, not to us:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
- Find the Vaulty purchase and choose “Request a refund.”
- Select a reason and submit. Apple reviews and decides each request.
You can also request a refund from your device: Settings → your Apple ID → Media & Purchases → View Account → Purchase History.
3. Avoiding unwanted charges
The surest way to avoid a charge you don't want:
- If a 7-day free trial is offered, cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
- Turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before your current period ends to prevent the next renewal (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions).
4. Free tier means try before you buy
Vaulty's core is free forever — unlimited accounts, scanning, import, biometric lock, AutoFill, and manual encrypted backups. You can use the app fully before deciding whether Pro is worth it, which is why a subscription is never required to protect your accounts.
5. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory refund or withdrawal rights you may have under the consumer laws of your country or region. Where such rights apply, they are honored in addition to Apple's refund process.
6. Questions
If Apple declines a refund you believe is warranted, or you have any billing concern, email us at vaulty@redstone.ltd and we'll help where we can — though the final refund decision rests with Apple.
